Our Easy Returns & Refunds Policy
Thank you very much for shopping at Textbooks.cC (TcC). If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or have a problem, then we are here to help you. Since all our products are digital (usually in ePub or PDF format, without any DRM protections), returns are NOT really possible. However, we at TcC understand that a student/person may want a refund due to many possible reasons, therefore we have the following easy a policy for refunds:
- In case of duplicate purchases, double charges, etc., you can ask for a refund anytime. We will honor your request even if it’s after a whole year has passed.
- We have 2 days (24 hours) refund policy in case a product doesn’t meet the description, is the wrong edition. TcC will refund you the full amount.
- We will NOT refund if there is the PDF is not formatted correctly (it is well known that not all publishers release an original PDF version. Many release alternate formats like MOBI, AZW3, EPUB etc and if a PDF is converted, the formatting/page numbers will NOT match the physical book.
- If you have mistakenly bought a product (seriously? how?), or dropped the class, we don’t refund any longer. We used to, but many scammers abused this policy. So NO REFUNDS for your change of mind, no longer taking class, etc.
When asking for a refund, please contact us via eMail (preferred), and tell us the problem along with your order number and/or the email address you used for the order. We try to respond within a maximum of 48 hours (however, it’s usually much sooner).
